JOIN STRANGERS 2 CHANGERS

Simply post to your social media account “Who” you are, “What” you do, and “How” you accomplish your goal as a  “Changer”.  Use the hashtag #Stranger2Changer and inspire others with your story, your posts, your photos, and your progress.  Challenge your friends, your peers, and your community to become a part of the revolution of change.  This is OUR WORLD.  Make the change now.

If you would like to become a “Changer” in your community, please share your organization's information with the “Stranger2Changer” site and once approved, we will include you and your organization in a directory of “Changers” so others can contact you or your organization to get involved.  We will share all verified non-profit charitable organizations through a link and short “snapshot” and will be highlighting organizations or causes on a weekly basis under several different categories.  Individual “Changers” will also be highlighted.

Educators can join the T.E.A.C.H initiative - T.E.A.C.H. is an interactive program driven by technology between students and “Changers.” The program supports the Curriculum and objectives of the NetSmartz System, which is maintained by the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. Strangers 2 Changers is developed, owned, and maintained by the Hue Jackson Foundation, a primary resource for human trafficking victims in need of help and support.

 

Students will receive an immediate, real-life interaction with “Changers” from local and national arenas while combining an in-school curriculum with a social media-based platform. These “Changers” will consist of influencers providing students with tools to navigate many life challenges and help reduce victimization in human trafficking.
